Today I updated the application and I had a sad surprise. All journals are not purchased. All of them! I bought all the magazines from July last year and the system lost the information. I tried to delete and reinstall the application, but to no avail. I have a nice "buy" in every magazine. I have an iPad with iOS 4.3

With the latest update i lost all the previous numbers i had bought !!! Please fix asap !!

After updating the app, I cant access to the previous (already purchased) items, unless I buy them for a second time. I hope the bug will be fixed asap, and I wonder how a magazine dealing with new technologies is not even able to make a decent app for its ipad edition...

Common problem since March 25. No answer yet. The purchase is like a EULA like any other license. Something very wrong and I dont see any answer from the editor. Unusual behavior. Please take charge of the issue.

Withe the new release of the app, all the mags appear as NOT PURCHASED. I was reading the latest issue and now... I have to pay again to keep on reading. WTF Please update asap...

1) Select issue within app youve already purchased, but would like on your device. NOTE, the issue will indicate that you have not purchased it yet and will have a "Buy" button. This is fine. Continue on. 2) Click on the "Buy" button to begin the "purchase". 3) Apple will ask for you to sign in to your account in order to make the purchase, do so but make sure the account you use is the same as the account you originally purchased the issue on. 4) You will receive a pop up notification that states: "No Payment Necessary. You have already purchased the issue. Touch Download to load it to your device. OK" 5) Push "OK" and then the "Download" button.

Updating I lost all the previous magazines I had bought! Fix it or give me back my money!

This update doesnt allow you to download already paid issues for free. Fix it asap, pls.

Now download an issue its a pain!

Why cant I download the magazine in standby mode or in background???

I too have a difficult time reading the print version because of the small font size. Other digital magazines only support portrait (Time, People) but their digital experience is excellent, particularly Time. I made the mistake of clicking on an iPhone ad in the latest publication and cannot return to the magazine. I am going to try reinstalling the Wired app but would hope that a magazine centered around innovation would have an amazing digital experience. Sadly, it does not.

Have been trying to get access to the digital subscription since last week. No luck. Says to call customer services. This is way too hard - Wired digital team needs to up their game.

Suddenly unable to access any issues. App does not recognize my login or find me in the subscriber database.

Horrible service. Horrible app. Its disgusting how a supposed tech company could put this out. (Not the mag. Just this app).

Most of the other Conde Nast magazines have Universal versions that work with both the iPhone and the iPad. Especially on the iPhone Plus models with plenty of room to read easily, that should not be a problem. Why doesnt this exist? And why has there been no update to this app in 9 months?

CondeNast will sell you a tablet subscription under the pretence that Wired magazine will look great. It does not look great. So be wary of CondeNasts blatant fraud. This is a tech magazine that is charging money for outdated software. That is embarrassing. You should be embarrassed, Wired Magazine.

I was a bit hesitant download after reading the negative reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Works great on my iPad. A mini would be a bit harder to read, and I wouldnt try it on a phone. But on a standard iPad it is very readable and easy to navigate.

I need a magnifying glass to read Wired. On paper, I just throw it out. On iPad, I dont understand Why? All other magazine and newspaper apps allow to flip,to portrait and use comfortable magnification. Not all Wired readers are teenagers and even some of them wear glasses.

This is a brilliantly written magazine. Without being able to read in landscape is unprofessional and a lame excuse for development. How can this be in a high tech read? Both landscape and portrait should be available.
