Continue on. 2) Click on the "Buy" button to begin the "purchase". 3) Apple will ask for you to sign in to your account in order to make the purchase, do so but make sure the account you use is the same as the account you originally purchased the issue on. 4) You will receive a pop up notification that states: "No Payment Necessary. You have already purchased the issue. Touch Download to load it to your device. OK" 5) Push "OK" and then the "Download" button. If you should need further assistance, please be sure to include all previous e-mail correspondence. Thank you for your interest in Wired. 以上。

I know enough to assemble my own computer and write a little HTML or Python code. But logging into a Conde Naste account to change my subscription has completely defeated me despite many, many attempts. No reply from customer support of course (if they really exist?!) I am now worried I will be paying Conde Naste for the rest of my life, never able to escape. Honestly, the type of inertia selling is pathetic.

I bought three or four issues of wired but after the last update they are visible with "buy" buttons. It means I have to buy them again which I dont really want. I want my issues back as soon as possible. I didnt read many articles. Except this, app is great.

I can not see the issues i have bought already. This is a major problem. Please somebody help me!!

Extremely frustrating to have to wait for the download of 300mb per issue

Magazine itself deserves 5 stars but the app keeps crashing, mostly when switching between landscape and portrait modes.

Magazine cover image is stuck with one of the old issues and I cant update it.

It plays sound even if the device is muted! Try to read it in a quiet room with a child sleeping! No way you end the piece you are reading.

After update all my purchased issues disappeared:( I have only option to Buy all issues again... Wait with upgrade until they fix it!

The problem with the update still exist. All previous purchesed issues are lost.

You simply couldnt put more ads in one issue. Where is the content? What are we paying here for? 300Mb of advertisement? Dont bother buying it, just open your spam folder in email app - you will get the same experience for free.

It would be really nice if Conde Nast or whoever is responsible for the app support and development would finally fix this horrible bug: Error During Download Cannot start the download because the file is missing or invalid For those who cant figure it out: you need to sign out and download will be nice and smooth.

Worst ever!

Im not sure why everyones complaining about the ads. In my opinion, the ads are there to help keep the price of the mag low. Im just floored at the content - equivalent in all ways and in my opinion some articles are even better than in the print copy, at a price which is lower than the newsstand. In fact, with the added interactivity, I start to think that the ads will become a cool portion of the magazine. If you dont like the ads, just go to the next page and stop whining about it! Only thing - Im not sure whats going to happen once the next issue is out... Will we get to keep the first issue? Will we get a free update of the July issue? No answers on the website or the app. Irregardless, if you havent read this issue in print, its worth the cost.

Yesterday it took 40 minutes to download the first issue, and now (with the new version) I just have to download it again! By the way, theres too much advertising! Its sad that this kind of stylish-coloured-useless thing its the best you can find on the iPad right now... Wake up! This is the future, just be brave and do something beautiful!

i installed the first issue of the magazine and it worked beautifully. now with this new version, not only it fails to download and install the new issue, for which i already paid, but it also fails to download and install the previous issue, which i paid when it was released. so i have been robbed twice. congratulations for carefully tested upgrade. update: it worked in the end after several tries. it should not be this bumpy. the magazine itself is gorgeous of course

Theres no way to delete back issues....

Good idea but all the multimedia video doesnt work and.... 500mb for each number dowloaded are too much!

like the paper magazine: well done! how can i switch from my paper to online subscription?
