Another update, another crash to desktop. This app has so much promise, but is truly awful.
I cant get the magazine, it keeps saying the account is in use. When I ask for customer service they reply that theyll get back in 24 house but they never do. They include a phone number in their customer service response that doesnt even work in Canada.
ADDENDUM NOVEMBER 15 The latest update, supposedly for IOS 7, doesnt not allow to select the view more button, in the lower part of the screen. It is covered by the lower menu bar. PLEASE TEST. I remove 1 star for this new inconvenient. ... No question that a Wired subscription is a must. Reading it in portrait or landscape does not really matter, since the dynamic layout takes cares... BUT, when one open the app, from the newsstand, and that the first library page, after the colored welcome spread, doesnt rotate in landscape, rather staying on the side, lets call it a glitch...n It could surely be easily corrected... Suffice to say... Thank you to care!

Im thinking of canceling my subscription because of the time it takes to download a copy of the magazine. If only it would download while Im doing something else! Not even. Just too long. Way too long.
When we could tap the show more link at the bottom and there was no useless giant banner with like and follow?
This application constantly crashes on my 1st gen iPad. Extremely frustrating.
Ive been having problems downloading magazines on my iPad Air. Support is completely useless have not been able to resolve my issue. One support tech tells me that the issue is my iPad (even though everything else works!) and another will tell me that there will be an update to the app to fix the issue. So frustrated!
Years have passed and using this app is still an arduous process. Its like they want me to cancel my subscription.
Just crashes. Thats all.

I *want* to like this app, and its intuitive enough, but every time I click on an article that takes me to a popup/subwindow - it crashes. (16GB, iPad 1)...
Its a hassle for me to get new editions...wish they would auto download ... Also being a Canadian subscriber could be the problem, the app doesnt understand postal codes

ただ、値段はちょっと。。。 The app is near perfect. The only problem is that its overpriced. I can get a 1 year subscription for the printed edition and its much cheaper. When will we have the option to get a 1-year subscription with lower prices?? Cant wait!
I cannot download the newest magazine, though I have paid money. "Error during download" occurred every time when the process of download is about 35.5MB.
Immediate bug fix on this is really needed. Otherwise I will contact Apple for the refund.
When I update this app, my bought all of issues had gone. please bring them back soon.
After recent update I lost access to my library of purchased issues and now I am invited to buy them again :(
