New s/w version

Ever since downloading the new s/w version I have nothing but problems. No old issue access. Hanging. New issues not forthcoming. You get the picture. New s/w is c**p! Get your act together Wired. Some technology magazine, cant even manage a software upgrade properly.
Youve been bad, no resubscribing for you.
