I’ll chime in with the same complaints. I enjoyed the magazine on the iPad for a while and then it got to the point where downloads didn’t work anymore. (same as others have reported)

This is good in concept, but the execution has been lacking. And of course, because the company is so large, *nobody* will take any responsibility for helping us get the issues we’re owed. I paid for lots of issues I could never get downloaded. finally got tired of paying for something I couldn’t use.
